The new quote displays as quickly as you can discuss the options with your customer on the phone, and it is easy to keep a record of the prices/options quoted. Automatically generate a written quote with resort/hotel/room descriptions and pictures, and check for outstanding customer contact.

Requesting & Booking: Once your customer accepts a quote, the reservation system will help you generate requests to your suppliers, and help to keep track of their responses. Of course, generating holiday invoices is simple & quick too.

Payment tracking: The ledger system records both customer related and supplier related payments, ensuring both are assigned & validated against the expected values for the booking.

Reporting: A variety of existing reports covering common needs (incomplete bookings, financials, quoting), and the ability to add custom reports. Scheduled generation available.
