Cost of Use

Reservation system pricing

Summary: Pay monthly after the booking departure date - least risk for you, your customer will have paid in full.

Charges: A fixed monthly fee plus a percentage of the value of each confirmed booking.

  • No charge on quotes.
  • No per-user/per-seat charge.
  • Fixed monthly fee: Based on peak monthly bookings.
  • Transaction fee: A percentage of booking value based on number/value of departures in month prior to invoice.
  • Additional fixed monthly charge for use of pricing API or other high-resource-use features as agreed.
  • Minimal charges during setup/inital trading.

Other business models: If the weighting between fixed fee and booking value percentage is not suitable for your business other pricing can be considered.

All pricing in pounds sterling.

Charge band: Setup

Applies When: The Client is entering initial data (eg. hotel contracts and descriptions), and creating test quotes and bookings.

Monthly charge: £50; No transaction fee.

Charge band: Startup

Applies When: 5 or more bookings in the month, or turnover in the month of £5,000 or above.

Monthly charge increases to: £100; Transaction fee for month: 1.5%

Charge band: Medium

Applies When: 15 or more bookings in the month, or turnover in the month of £15,000 or above.

Monthly charge increases to: £300; Transaction fee for month: 1.5%

Charge band: Standard

Applies When:  30 or more bookings in the month, or turnover in the month of £30,000 or above.

Monthly charge increases to: £400; Transaction fee for month: 1.5%

Charge band: Regular

Applies When:  60 or more bookings in the month, or turnover in the month of £60,000 or above.

Monthly charge increases to: £400; Transaction fee for month: 1%

Supplementary Charge: Web Pricing API Module

Applies When: API enabled for client use (e.g. for displaying costs on your website).

Supplementary Charge: £25 per month

Supplementary Charge: Additional Users

Applies When: More than five simultaneous users

Supplementary Charge: £30 per month per 5 users

Support & training

This pricing provides for "best-effort" support via email, phone, screen-sharing or other agreed method, with no fixed response time. Fastest support would normally be available during initial setup/use.

Initial complete training for 1 or 2 staff (at the same time) is at cost; This takes no more than one day.

Further training and more specific support contracts are available.
